Activity routes, duration, timing or availability may be changed, delayed or cancelled where necessary due to weather, safety considerations, government restrictions, local conditions, equipment availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

WEATHER AND DESERT CONDITIONS

Weather in the Jaisalmer desert can change and may include strong winds, rain, sandstorms, unusually high or low temperatures or other natural conditions.

While we will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked experience, outdoor activities and arrangements may need to be modified for guest safety or operational reasons.

Where an activity cannot operate as planned, our team will make reasonable efforts to suggest an alternative or suitable arrangement, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.
